Digital knitting is a zero-waste production method that allows us to seamlessly knit entire garments or soft goods using programmable industrial knitting machines. This enables precision design, minimized waste, and streamlined manufacturing.
We produce a variety of knit and sewn products, including:
- Knitwear: Beanies, scarves, blankets, sweaters, and accessories.
- Soft Goods: Towels, tote bags, koozies, and home textiles.
- Cut & Sew Apparel: T-shirts, hoodies, and other custom garments.
- Private Label: Custom-branded, wholesale soft goods—ready to ship with stock measurements and quick turnaround. Never out of stock.
Yes, custom development requires a structured process. We offer a new product development service that includes:
- Material sourcing
- Pattern development
- Sample production
- Full-scale manufacturing
Yes. We have a selection of in-house developed products available for private label, including knit accessories, soft goods, and apparel basics. These can be customized with color, branding, and other finishing options.
Our minimums vary by product category:
- Knitwear & Accessories: 50 units per style
- Cut & Sew Apparel: 50 units per style
- Custom Development: Case-by-case, depending on complexity.
For smaller runs, we offer wholesale blank products that can be customized.
Pricing depends on materials, production time, and volume. For knitwear, our pricing is based on:
- Yarn cost
- Machine time
- Hand finishing
For cut & sew, pricing is based on fabric, labor, and finishing details.
Lead times depend on order size and product type:
- Private Label & Wholesale: 4-8 weeks
- Custom Knitwear & Apparel: 8-14 weeks
- New Product Development: Timeline varies based on complexity

We prioritize responsible sourcing and production methods: Zero-waste digital knitting minimizes material waste. Domestic manufacturing reduces carbon footprint. Organic & natural materials support circular fashion. Composting partnerships ensure waste reduction. Through a partnership with Rustbelt Riders, we compost over 97% of our factory waste.
The creation of every product begins at the yarn level. We work with local, natural suppliers in Texas, Oregon, West Virginia and Ohio to receive the highest quality, most sustainable fibers available.
Step 1: Create a Production Account Sign up for a Production Account on our website to access custom manufacturing services. This account gives you access to pricing, order history, and production status tracking.
Step 2: Select Your Products & Submit a Ticket Browse our Private Label stock items with standard measurements for easy ordering. For custom production, submit a production request ticket through your account. Once submitted, our team reviews your request and confirms feasibility, pricing, and timeline.
Step 3: Approve & Book Production Approve your quote and book a Calendly call with our team to discuss details if needed. Once approved, we lock in your production slot and confirm all specifications. Step 4: Production & Delivery Your order moves through our digital knitting and cut-and-sew production lines with quick turnaround times. You’ll receive updates through your Production Account dashboard as your order progresses. Once completed, we ship your products directly to you or your fulfillment center.
