Found Surface offers clients the ability to automate, track, and manage their materials, production, and product deliveries with unparalleled reliability and precision. These services are designed to extend Found Surface’s operational excellence beyond manufacturing — providing end-to-end visibility from material intake through final fulfillment.

1. Overview and Purpose

Our Custom Fulfillment & Inventory Management Services are tailored to clients seeking a seamless, professionally managed logistics and inventory system.

These services may include, but are not limited to:

Inventory tracking and reporting for raw materials, finished goods, or packaging.

Order fulfillment and packing for direct-to-consumer or wholesale deliveries.

Automated reordering and replenishment based on production forecasts.

Warehousing and storage management for client-owned inventory.

Shipping coordination and carrier integration for timely delivery to end customers or retail partners.

The purpose of this program is to enable clients to scale operations confidently while ensuring Found Surface maintains clear accountability, transparency, and data integrity across the supply chain.

2. Service Structure and Pricing

Because each client’s fulfillment needs are unique, Found Surface provides these services on a custom, case-by-case basis. Pricing is determined according to the scope, frequency, and complexity of the client’s fulfillment program, but is built around the following core costing fundamentals:

  • Monthly Subscription Fee:

A recurring base cost that provides access to Found Surface’s fulfillment systems, reporting tools, and ongoing inventory management support.

  • Cost per Shipment:

A variable fee applied to each individual outbound shipment, covering packaging, handling, tracking, and administrative time.

Additional fees may apply for specialized services such as e-commerce integrations, international logistics, or high-volume pick-and-pack operations.

A detailed proposal will be prepared and approved before services begin.

3. Terms of Service

• All fulfillment and inventory management activities must be coordinated through the client’s assigned Account Manager to ensure proper scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Invoices for monthly subscription fees will be issued on the first day of each month. Fulfillment fees will be billed in arrears or in batch according to the terms outlined in each client’s individual fulfillment agreement.

• All other Found Surface policies — including but not limited to the Material Receiving & Shipment Policy and Terms of Service — remain in full effect while utilizing fulfillment and inventory management services.

4. Professional Conduct and Compliance

To maintain the integrity of Found Surface’s operations and client partnerships, all participants in this program are expected to adhere to the same standards of professionalism and cooperation outlined in our Collaboration Portal Policy and Material Receiving Policy.

Found Surface reserves the right to suspend or terminate fulfillment services for clients who:

• Consistently fail to provide accurate or timely shipment data.

• Disregard agreed-upon service terms or invoicing cycles.

• Engage in unprofessional communication or misuse of operational systems.

5. Data and Accountability

All inventory, shipment, and tracking data generated through Found Surface’s fulfillment systems will be securely maintained and shared only with authorized client representatives.

Found Surface retains internal copies of all fulfillment documentation to ensure traceability, accuracy, and compliance with production standards.
